As a clinical psychologist practising in France, I am bound by professional confidentiality and by the strict obligations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and of article L. 1111-8 of the French Public Health Code concerning the hosting of health data.

  • Data collected: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, date and time of appointment. No reason for consultation or clinical data is collected through the website.

  • Purpose: organising, managing and confirming your appointments, therapeutic follow-up and invoicing.

  • Legal basis: the performance of a contract (management of therapeutic care) and compliance with the legal obligations to keep professional records.

Processors and data transfers

To guarantee the complete security of your health data and clinical notes, my digital environment is unified and all your personal and health data are hosted by a single provider certified as a Health Data Host (HDS) in accordance with the HDS Framework v2.0 (Order of 26 April 2024):

  • Single processor (management, office software, notes and appointment booking): Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland).
  • HDS guarantee: the Microsoft 365 services used (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, OneNote, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Bookings) are configured to store data within the European Union (France/Germany) on infrastructure certified HDS for activities 3, 4, 5 and 6. A data processing agreement in accordance with article R. 1111-11 of the French Public Health Code has been formally concluded with Microsoft.

  • Retention period: in accordance with ethical and legal obligations, patient records and clinical notes are kept for a minimum of 10 years from the last session. Contact details from online booking are deleted if no therapeutic follow-up begins.

  • Your rights: in accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact garzofernandezg@gmail.com or send a letter to the practice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

8. Hyperlinks and cookies.
